Holistic Approach

I offer several holistic art services to fit people's different needs and wants. No matter which one you choose, my services integrate biblical principles and science for a gentle, effective healing journey. An approach that truly fosters WHOLENESS for mind, body, and spirit. I often use the spelling wholistic for this reason.

In the one-on-one coaching sessions, the journey is all about you. You will get a personalized session and action plan. We will discuss your challenges and goals, then I will curate art exercises just for you to help you work through challenges and help you meet your goals.

In my monthly or group programs, you get to engage with others in a group setting and get access to fun, creative prompts that help foster growth and healing. You will also get access to me within the group.

For the rest, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is righteous, whatever is clean, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good report, if there is any uprightness and if there is any praise – think on these.

And we know that all matters work together for good to those who love Elohim, to those who are called according to His purpose.
