Coaching Session

Schedule your appointment to get custom-tailored coaching sessions designed to support holistic healing in every aspect of your well-being—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually by using therapeutic art to rewire your brain and calm your nervous system. I use a biblical-based approach that's backed by science. As your coach, I am here to help you meet your goals of transformation in your life. I use a donation-based system. In your coaching sessions, we will be making new habits that promote growth and transformation like the habits of taking every thought captive to make it obedient to Messiah, of mindfulness and being present, of taking a rest each day for our well-being, of questioning ourselves to become more self-aware of our thoughts, emotions, and actions. As a client, you will have direct email access to me for guidance and encouragement throughout the journey. We will be doing all kinds of activities such as therapeutic journaling, painting, dancing, photography, clay, drawing, making collages, creative storytelling, and more. 

Neuro Art is for everyone. You do NOT have to be majorly talented as an artist, or talented at all, to gain benefits. The sessions will not be teaching art techniques but instead are focused on a more free personal form that people of nearly all ages and skill levels can accomplish and benefit from.

Some of the areas we will be working on include rewiring your brain/neuroplasticity, neurotransmitters and hormones, stress management, working through stresses and hurts throughout our lives, challenging perspectives in ourselves and situations, finding beauty in life even when we are in the darkest of storms, and finding shalom/peace.

Donation-based program:

My coaching services and programs are donation-based, a “pay-what-feels-right” donation system. Meaning pray and donate what feels right for the value you perceived/received, and for your financial situation. If you truly can’t afford any donation, but this would be very valuable to your well-being and something you really want to do, reach out, and we can look into a scholarship for you.

Donations are sent through payment apps like CashApp or PayPal. You can donate what you can afford and feel that the coaching is worth. A special thanks to those who are generous and able to donate higher amounts. This makes it possible for me to offer my program and my coaching services to those who can only donate smaller amounts or are not able to donate at all. May Yahweh bless you a thousand times over. I know how it feels to be struggling and really needing someone's expertise, but unable to afford their services. I wanted to make it so that if anyone needed my help but couldn't afford expensive coaching and programs, they could still get the help they needed.
